Almost at My First Target Weight

I got on the scale after my workout today and I realized that I had put on about five pounds, in spite of working out really hard. The trainer says my body fat is down around six percent and of course I am a lot stronger now. I am not really sure if it is going to be enough though, because I am competing with this guy who is a real animal. I was looking at this turbo force stuff he takes and wondering if it had anything illegal. Obviously you are responsible for any stuff that you take and I only use protein and whey powder. I drink that stuff in milk shakes and I make sure that it is not going to be something that has anything in it that can trigger a false positive. In theory all of this stuff works pretty similarly to the way that performance enhancing drugs might.
